THE ROLE

As the HR Business Partner, your mission will be to ensure the successful execution of multi-unit HR planning, staffing, training, performance management, compliance, employment relations, and HR communications as needed. A strong presence with HR technology is welcomed, a curiosity for data analytics, a passion for building relationships, and partnering with diverse groups of associates and management. The substantial mentality to be proactive and predictive in developing solutions.

Perform annual HR Audits. Validate effectiveness and deficiencies with recommended best practices

Manage worker’s compensation claims to control costs and facilitate employees’ return to work. Perform routine inspection of root cause analysis of workers’ compensation issues.

Partner with Store leadership on workforce planning, including staffing levels and current job descriptions.
