After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped through a qualified and proven carrier (typically FedEx or UPS), fully insured. We urge you to inspect packages for damage or tampering before receiving or signing a receipt.
In-store customers can arrange to have their purchases shipped from our store at an additional charge.
ORDER PROCESSING
To help you plan around your order, you'll find an estimated lead-time listed in the product details for each item. The ship date is calculated based on sizing, customization, availability, and setting details. All orders will be sent upon fulfillment. APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS
If you wish to ship to an alternate address, you will need to call your credit card company and add the alternate address to your account. We can also arrange for you to pick up your order at a local FedEx office as well. For us to expedite these requests you will first need to call 800-295-1543 where we can assist you.
DELIVERY DETAILS
The delivery charge, if any, is determined by the price of your order (before tax). You'll find the delivery methods, and all applicable delivery charges, on the Shipping Information page within the shopping cart.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All orders are insured and shipped via FedEx. For APO/FPO orders, please see "Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses".
Following shipment, orders arrive in one or two business days (Monday through Friday). Robbins Brothers will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address. All orders will require a signature at time of delivery. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 800-295-1543.
SHIPPING TO APO & FPO ADDRESSES
Robbins Brothers will ship any order under $10,000 to an APO / FPO address. Robbins Brothers ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail and guarantees your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center within 2-4 days. Once delivered to the APO/FPO processing center, insurance coverage ends, and Robbins Brothers is no longer responsible for delivery. We would depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. If you are already familiar with sending packages to APO & FPO addresses, you can probably expect your Robbins Brothers order to arrive in about the same amount of time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only ship to the lower 48 states and Alaska and Hawaii. Robbins Brothers does not ship internationally.

Items purchased or held in layaway may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Original sales receipt must be presented, and items must be in new condition to receive a refund.
All refunds (except cash payments) will be given in the same manner as originally purchased. All cash payments will be refunded by a check that will be mailed within fifteen (15) business days. Refund checks will be sent to the name and address of original purchaser. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Robbins Brothers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Once we receive your returned item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Upon acceptance, your refund or new item will be processed. Returns with no Robbins Brothers return authorization code and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Simply call 800-295-1543 to obtain an RMA number. You will then be instructed to go online and enter your RMA number at our shipping website. The site will walk you through the return process and you can even schedule a pick-up from the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend that you insure your shipment back to us.

LIFETIME DIAMOND AND GEMSTONE LIMITED WARRANTY
We will replace any diamond, ruby, and sapphire which in normal use chips, cracks or separates from its mounting and is lost—with a diamond, ruby, or sapphire of comparable quality and size up to a $50,000 maximum value. If a lab-grown diamond is purchased, then it must be replaced with another lab-grown diamond and is subject to availability.
Details: This warranty is valid, provided the diamond, ruby, and sapphire mounting have been cleaned and checked once a year and that such inspection has been verified in writing in the space provided in the Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Limited Warranty Booklet by an authorized representative of Robbins Brothers. The Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Limited Warranty is nontransferable and will be considered invalid should the purchaser have the ring worked on by any jeweler other than Robbins Brothers. Your Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Limited Warranty will be honored when you bring your ring to any Robbins Brothers location. Please be sure to bring the Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Limited Warranty booklet and your sales receipt with you to take advantage of the free inspection and cleaning. Remember, you must have your diamond ring inspected once a year, perform any necessary repair and have the inspection verified in writing to keep your Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Limited Warranty valid.
ONLINE PURCHASES:
If you purchased your ring online, you must bring it into any Robbins Brothers store once a year in order for your warranty to stay current. We will not accept any product that is mailed into us. If you miss an inspection within a 12-month period, your warranty will be suspended until you can bring in your ring.

Robbins Brothers does not warranty diamonds, rubies or sapphires purchased elsewhere and set into our rings. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, written, or oral, other than as set forth herein. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

At Robbins Brothers we take great care in hand curating our diamonds for visual beauty and intense sparkle. We have so much confidence in the beauty and quality of every center diamond we sell that we offer a 110% sparkle guarantee. If within 30 days of your purchase, you find a more beautiful diamond with the same specifications at a lower price anywhere in the USA, bring the diamonds to Robbins Brothers. We will then send both diamonds to our corporate office to be graded for the three attributes of light performance: brilliance, sparkle and intensity. We know you don’t want to be separated from your diamond, but it’s the best way possible to provide an objective measurement for comparison. If your diamond scores higher, we will refund the Robbins Brothers diamond, or you can keep the Robbins Brothers diamond and we will refund 110% of the difference between the purchase price of the two diamonds.
Details: Not valid on purchases made before May 28, 2012. Must be the center diamond. Diamond must be purchased loose or as a solitaire and be 1/2 carat or greater. If your diamond is mounted, we recommend bringing the product in loose to get the most accurate reading. In order to qualify to be sent for light performance testing, the non-Robbins Brothers diamond must be of the identical shape, carat weight, clarity and color as the purchased Robbins Brothers diamond. A lab-grown diamond must be compared to a Robbins Brothers lab-grown diamond. In addition, you must provide a valid receipt and independent lab-grown diamond of the non-Robbins Brothers diamond that shows that it has been purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase of the Robbins Brothers diamond. If you purchased your diamond through our call center, you must physically come into one of our stores to do the transaction within 30days of your purchase. The overall grade of light performance is defined as the sum of the brilliance, the sparkle and the intensity scores. These are three measures of light performance as defined by Imagem Inc. For more details visit www.imageminc.com. The maximum amount paid out under the 110% Sparkle Guarantee is $3,000 (three thousand dollars). Limit one payment under this guarantee per person. The 110% Sparkle Guarantee is not eligible on diamond purchases over $55,000 (fifty-five thousand dollars). Corporate sales, black diamonds, Diamond Reserve diamonds, non-Robbins Brothers multi-faceted diamonds, and employee purchases are exempt.

Robbins Brothers will give you 110% of the original purchase price of your Diamond, Solitaire Diamond Earrings at 1/4 carat total weight or larger, or Solitaire Diamond Pendant at 1/4 carat total weight or larger, up to $50,000 (fifty thousand dollars), at any time six (6) months after the date of original purchase toward the purchase of any diamond merchandise, provided the price of the new item or items is at least twice the original purchase price.
