Ring Center Manager

About this position

The Ring Center Manager is responsible for the development and execution of strategies and tactics which will impact the customer’s experience when they call or chat with the Company. This person will enable the Company to achieve the objectives established in the Business Plan in regards to revenues, gross margins, expenses and bottom-line results while enhancing Robbins Brothers brand and company culture. The Ring Center Manager is also responsible for recruitment, training and development of the Ring Center Team as well as building the future vision of the department.

In addition, The Ring Center Manager is responsible for modeling, support and adherence to company values as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships within Home Office, Stores as well as General Managers and the Operations Team.

The Ring Center shares the responsibility with positioning Robbins Brothers as The Engagement Ring Experts in the consumer’s mind and provides a positive experience that drives sales whether within Ring Center or through one of our physical store locations. The Ring Center function is co-owner of the Annual Business Plan. This includes the following components:

Develop Ring Center Strategy

Ensure department adheres to budget and builds the budget for the future.

Determine the optimal process and approaches to maximize the customer experience

Determine the optimal staffing and resource needs to deliver the outstanding customer experience including optimal scheduling based on call and chat volume

Manage and train the Ring Center team to continue to provide an outstanding customer experience and maximize sales.

Determine the optimal metrics and reporting required to adapt the Ring Center to the Company needs.

Keep up to date with latest technology to ensure providing the most relevant experience for our guests while maximizing ROI.
