About Robbins Brothers
The Ring Center Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the execution of strategies and tactics which will impact the guest’s experience when they call or chat with the Company and enable the Company to achieve the objectives established in the Business Plan in regard to revenues, gross margins, expenses and bottom-line results while enhancing Robbins Brothers’ brand and home office culture.
In addition, The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for modeling, support, and adherence to company values. The Ring Center shares the responsibility with positioning Robbins Brothers as The Engagement Ring Store in the consumer’s mind and provides a positive experience that drives both online sales and converts sales leads into physical store traffic. The Ring Center function is co-owner of the Annual Business Plan. This includes the following components:
