What is the return policy at Robbins Bros.?
Robbins Bros has a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. Items purchased may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Original sales receipt must be presented and items must be in unused condition to receive a refund.
All refunds will be given in the same manner as originally purchased. All cash payments will be refunded by a check that will be mailed within fifteen (15) business days. Refund checks will be sent to the name and address of original purchaser.
Special Orders (S/O), Custom Made and Custom Altered (i.e., sized more than two (2) sizes, extreme head changes, etc.) and products missing the original sales receipt are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What is the Robbins Bros. trade-in policy?
Looking to upgrade that diamond? Robbins Bros. will give you full credit for the original purchase price of your Center Diamond at any time that you wish to trade it in towards the purchase of any diamond merchandise, provided the price of the new item or items is at least twice the original purchase price. Trade-ins cannot be accepted on any used setting or mounting. The original sales receipt must be presented to verify the original purchase price.
What forms of payment are accepted at Robbins Bros.?
We make it easy for you. We accept cash, check, money order, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Layaways are also an option.
How can I apply for credit?
When you apply for Robbins Bros. credit, you can apply in person at any of our locations. You'll need to bring a valid ID (either a driver's license, passport or state issued identification card) and home numbers to at least four (4) references to verify application information.
What type of financing is available at Robbins Bros.?
Robbins Bros. works with you to make buying your ring as affordable as possible. Once your credit is approved, you can make a down payment ranging from zero to a small percentage of the purchase. How can I make a payment on my Robbins Bros. account?
Payments are accepted in-store and over the phone. We accept cash, money orders, personal checks, debit cards, or major credit cards. There's no additional charge with a debit or credit card.

I won't be able to make payments on my account for the next few months because I'm being sent overseas (military) or I'll be going out of state and will not be receiving a bill. What are my alternatives?
No problem! We can set up automatic withdrawal with a debit/credit card at no additional charge. Contact the billing dept 800-655-4770 for further details.
I have 90/180 days no interest, and fees are already being applied to my Robbins Bros. account. Why is this happening?
As long as the principle account balance is paid in full on or before the 90/180 days, we'll reverse all interest. Just contact the billing dept 800-655-4770 with questions about your account.

What if I forget my username?
Your email address is usually your Username. If your Username is something other than your email address and you've forgotten it, please contact your local Robbins Bros. store and a representative will be able to look it up for you.
What if I forget my password?
If you've forgotten your Password, click on the "Forgot your Password" link underneath the registration box and enter your Username in the box provided. Your Password will be emailed to the email address you provided.
How do I access my Engagement, Wedding, or Anniversary account?
To access any of your accounts, click on the Online Services link from any section. Then enter your Username and Password in the sign-in area and click "go". You'll now have access to your account.
Please note: If you've registered for any of the services on www.robbinsbros.com your Username and Password will be the same for every service.
