From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with a warm smile from the lovely lady at the front door. It wasn't long before a representative came to assist us. I went to several jewelers and the second I walked into this store I was greeted by Belen who by all expectations exceeded everything. I've never had an experience where someone was so helpful and honest about the items here. Belen helped me every step of the way and explained every aspect about buying a ring in full details. When I first walked into the store I was greeted by EJ who was helpful and handy for informational purposes. I came alone but didn't feel intimidated after walking around and looking for an engagement ring. I actually found the perfect elegant gold halo-style ring. It really shocked me how quickly I loved this ring. After that, no other ring really compared in my mind. Even though I had another ring in mind to buy from a different store I knew this was it. I feel confident this is the perfect ring. Simple.
