Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Warranty
We'll replace your diamond if it chips or cracks. Our complimentary warranty makes sure your diamond stays in tip-top shape for a lifetime. If your diamond chips, cracks or separates from the mounting and is lost, we will replace it for a lifetime.
We will replace any diamond, ruby, and sapphire which in normal use chips, cracks or separates from its mounting and is lost with a diamond, ruby, or sapphire of comparable quality to your original gemstone for the purchaser's lifetime. This warranty is valid, provided the diamond, ruby, and sapphire mounting have been cleaned and checked once a year and that such inspection has been verified in writing in the space provided in the Lifetime Diamond Warranty Booklet by an authorized representative of Robbins Brothers.
The Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Warranty is non-transferable and will be considered invalid should the purchaser have the ring worked on by any jeweler other than Robbins Brothers. Your Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Warranty will be honored when you bring your ring to any Robbins Brothers location. Please be sure to bring the Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Warranty booklet and your sales receipt with you to take advantage of the free inspection and cleaning. Remember, you must have your diamond ring inspected once a year, perform any necessary repair and have the inspection verified in writing to keep your Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Warranty valid.
Online Purchases:
If you purchased your ring online you must bring it into any Robbins Brothers store once a year in order for your warranty to stay current. We will not accept any product that is mailed into us. If you miss an inspection within a 12-month period your warranty will be suspended until you can bring in your ring.
Please Be Aware:
Robbins Brothers does not warranty diamonds, rubies or sapphires purchased elsewhere and set into our rings. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, written or oral, other than as set forth herein. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Wedding Band Warranty
Robbins Brothers believes in providing our clients with the highest quality bands available in the marketplace. Our bands are artfully crafted utilizing the best available methods including extrusion, die casting, and compression, to name a few. These processes allow our bands to have the maximum density while eliminating porosity.
We are so confident in our quality and craftsmanship that we include a 10-year manufacture defect warranty, on every wedding band. If your band is damaged due to a manufacture defect, Robbins Brothers will repair or replace the band for up to 10 years.* This warranty does not include damage caused by abnormal use or normal wear.
This warranty excludes bands with diamonds or other stones.
* If you encounter a manufacture defect, bring the band to your nearest Robbins Brothers. Robbins Brothers will send the band to the vendor for repair or replacement. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for processing. There is a $50 charge for shipping, handling and processing.
General Information
