We've been known to personally deliver a diamond gift to a client's girlfriend on Christmas Eve, at the request of her boyfriend who was serving overseas.

One of our engagement ring consultants in Mission Viejo drove to a local hospital recently to pick up an engagement ring that had to be cut off a patient's hand due to health complications. Within 48 hours the ring was fixed, resized and presented in our Robbins Brothers signature lighted ring box to the patient who was still in ICU. She cried tears of joy and said that the ring meant the world to her.
