Full Time Position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with IT initiatives and day-to-day operation
- Assist with trouble tickets generated to Helpdesk
- Support and troubleshoot Active Directory and Exchange
- Support of Windows XP / 2003 / 2007 / MAC
- Manage/coordinate tasks. This includes collaboration with staff and management
- Network / Telephone Support
- Assist with procurement and physical movement of servers, workstations and other hardware when needed
- Setup new / change / term user accounts
- Ghosting and imaging of workstations
- Off-hours support duties as necessary
- Local and Out of State Travel as necessary
Position Requirements
- Must have a desire to learn and master new technologies
- 3 + years in a technical support role, with both phone support and desktop support experience
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- Proven record with successful first call resolution
- Proficiency with MS Windows XP and 2003, Mac expertise is a plus
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Develop, maintain and edit Educational department material (e.g. PowerPoint's, E-Campus content, Training Modules, Vendor information)
- Travel coordination
- Order department supplies and materials as project dictates
- Organize and Maintain dept files and computer archives
- Manage department testing and reporting (e.g. Brilliant by Design, sales ramp up metrics, E-Campus admin)
- Assist with Customer Experience training as needed
- Assist with Company Culture Initiatives (e.g. Town Meetings, Rallies, Enrichment, Appreciation, Event planning)

In addition to performing jewelry maintenance and repair the Bench Jeweler will be responsible for conducting opening, closing, scheduled maintenance for jeweler’s room and shop equipment while progressively advancing jewelry repair & manufacturing techniques.
The Bench Jeweler works closely with the Master Jeweler and General Manager to achieve store Jewelry shop objectives.
The ideal candidate will be an expert at:
- Basic sizing, soldering & prong setting in gold, platinum and palladium.
- Jewelry repairs in gold, platinum and palladium
- Gold, platinum palladium jewelry manufacturing/casting
- Jewelry custom design
- Precious stone setting
The Bench Jeweler position requires working some evenings and weekends as needed.
